Financial Instrument Monetization
We have several options available to monetize your financial instrument. One way is a Repo Loan, wherein we purchase your financial instrument at a certain price and within 6 months to a year you purchase it back at a rate of 10-20% higher. We also offer standard loans of 1-5 year terms and interest only balloon loans. We mainly concentrate on instruments issued by a top tiered bank or that have an investment grade rating. Securities Monetization consist of: Bank Guarantees, Government Bond, SBLC, CDs, CMO, Municipal Bonds, Corporate Bonds*, MTN, Stocks, Mutual Funds. The process is complete usually within72 hours subject to our analysis of the security. The applicant's credit and ability to repay are not considered as our monetization has no recourse. We monetize solely on the merits of the instrument. We can help you get to the green.
